What is RPP?

With Repair Protection Plan, your payment means that any electrical or mechanical breakdown or damage to your product caused by accident will be repaired and you don't have to pay the bill. If we can't repair your product, a brand new replacement product will be provided.

Up to 5 Years Protection

You can take out RRP for 3 and 5 years (including the manufacturer's guarantee). And then you can continue to renew the protection annually for the lifetime of your equipment.

With RRP, if your product breaks down, all you have to do is this:

1. Call Domestic & General's 24 hour helpline. They will put you in touch with a quality approved repairer near you.
2. Arrange a date and time for your repair.
3. The engineer will carry out repair and D&G will pay the bill. If your product can't be repaired economically, D&G will give you a brand new replacement.
