In March 2010, PRC Direct was awarded Samsung Dealer of the Year 2010, considered to be one of the electrical retail industry’s most coveted and prestigious awards. The award was presented by Vice-President of Samsung UK, Andy Griffiths with Samsung UK General Manager, Colin Rodgers to PRC Directors. For over 45 years PRC has been a trusted independent supplier of electronic and electrical items to a large number of customers. Our business has grown because we are good at what we do. We set out to keep our customers happy by “moving with the times” and always having an attractive and interesting depth of products.

As our business has grown and technology has changed, we’ve always recognised that not all customers are relaxed around new technology.
