Alexa built-in
For easy operation, the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 has Alexa, voice-control built-in. Once you’ve given your permission for the microphones to be activated, simple voice control lets you adjust the volume, input and track selection.

High-Resolution audio compatible
As well as offering an intense movie experience, the Denon Home Sound Bar 550 is also compatible with High-Resolution Audio. Hi-Res audio gives you the most detailed and natural sound possible and is available via the Denon’s USB or network connections. It supports a wide range of Hi-Res format files including DSD (2.8/5.6MHz),192kHz/24-bit FLAC, ALAC and WAV. It even supports gapless playback for glitch-free music.

HEOS built-in - for the finest multi-room audio
HEOS multi-room music systems connect together by dual-band wi-fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. With HEOS already built-in, the Home Sound Bar 550 is ready to go as a single 'zone' without any further adaptors.

Control it all with the HEOS app
Once you've set up your HEOS speaker system, you can stream music effortlessly via the dedicated HEOS app. Available for Apple iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle, the app not only lets you stream your stored music but also Internet radio services and popular streaming services such as Spotify, Tidal, Napster and Deezer.

Bluetooth, AirPlay 2 and built-in wi-fi for the complete networking experience
With both Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 connectivity it's easy to connect all your smartphones, tablets and compatible lap/desktops and stream music wirelessly. The Denon also comes with wi-fi and Internet radio. Simply connect to your home network via Ethernet or wi-fi and access thousands of Internet radio sites as well as subscription services such as Spotify Connect (Premium Spotify account required), Tidal, Amazon Music and Deezer.

Connect it all
For quick and easy connection to your TV, this Denon soundbar features an HDMI ARC output. Thanks to the ARC (Audio Return Channel), you also only need a single HDMI cable between soundbar and TV to hear the sound from the TV's on-board receiver. There’s also an HDMI input plus optical and analogue 3.5mm inputs for other sources such as Blu-ray/DVD players and games consoles. Topping all this off is an USB input that’s perfect for playing Hi-Res music stored on a USB drive.
